终于解脱了，

我希望得到的解脱，今天终于实现了！！！

从今天起一切一切的烦恼已近远离我，

我不再忧愁，不再胡思乱想，等等...

我要净化或解脱我的悔恨、负面与破坏性的情绪

我要感谢上帝的保佑，
